Art Wanted: Sell your 19th Century Ship Portrait

We are looking for works by:

Artist:
Pellegrin, Joseph Honore Maxime (French, 1793-1869) - Watercolors
Place:
Worked and lived in Marseilles, France.
Motifs:
Ship Portraits of Sailing Vessels and rarely also of Steamers.
Prices:
Offers for his works are starting at Euro 1.200 (Continental Europe) or BP 800 (Great Britain) or $ 2,000 (in the USA, only portraits of American vessels) or $ 1,200 (in the USA, portraits of other vessels). Prices depend on subject, size, date, quality and condition. Please send us an e-mail to receive an exact offer for your painting (free of charge for persons considering to sell their painting).
Notes:
His style is quite similar to that of the Roux-family or Cammilieri of Marseilles or C.of Malta. The vessel itself is very accurately drawn, using a light palette and showing the ship in bright sunshine. Information about the artist can also be found in "Ship Portrait Artists".
Contact:
The FineArtEmporium is interested in the direct purchase of fine works by this artist and can pay a good price. Please refer to our page "Contact" and send an e-mail to bais@gmx.de with the information requested there. You will receive an answer usually within 48-72 hours (up to a week in rare cases).
