Place:
Worked and lived in Antwerp, Belgium.
Motifs:
Ship Portraits, often with local background.

Notes:
Apparently the younger son of John F. and brother of John, he produced a number of portraits of sailing vessels in a very smooth style and paid attention to every of the ship´s technical details. Quite often the vessel is depicted at sunny weather with the Belgian or Channel Coast in the background.
