Lived and worked in the London area and in Hull, Great Britain.

Notes:
Binks`s style was influence by the romantic movement, nevertheless the drawing of the ship is rather accurate. We know also of a Thomas A. Binks, who lived in the same street and flourished between 1842 and 1859 (he might have been the son Thomas Binks). Information about the artist and his oeuvre can also be found in our book "Ship Portrait Artists".
