Ship Portrait of the British full-rigged Ship "Slieve Donard", end of the 19th Century, the vessel under full sail with a small Island in the distance, Oil on canvas laid down on board, 45 x 60 cm, the possession of a Private Collector in Northern Germany.

Note: Although unsigned this is a typical composition from R.A. Borstel. The ship was registered in Liverpool and belonged to the W.P. Sinclair Line. Note: The *Bruno & Marie* was built in 1861-62 in Altona by Dolck for the shipping company Schön, who sold the vessel in 1876 to the shipping company Willink & Co. in Hamburg.
